Amazing product perfect as a gift for family turned out just as I wanted, loved how you are able to personalise the image yourselves so you can play around with different hairstyles and colours to get it just right. Also brilliant customer service when I was struggling with getting onto the app! 10/10 would highly recommend :)

A4 envelope was pushed through letterbox so was slightly bent. Fortunately no damage to print but an additional protective card on either side would have helped.
